7-Day Return & Replacement Window

Customers may request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving their order.

Eligible for Return or Replacement

A return or replacement may be approved if:

  • The product received is damaged or defective.
  • The wrong item was delivered.
  • The product packaging is tampered with before delivery.
  • The item is expired at the time of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened condom packs.
  • Used products.
  • Products with broken seals after delivery.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage by the customer.

Replacement Process

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  1. Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
  3. After verification, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after verification.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
